I'm not sure if this will work for all protein types but it worked for me. Eating animal brains. " which is an allowed food for protein types" gives me a HUGE workout edge. It makes me stronger and have more endurance and stress tolerance like no other food or supplement I've ever tried.
I assume it has this effect because animal brains contain Testosterone, DHEA, HGH, Phosphatidal Serine, neurotransmitters as well as other growth factors. Aside from that brains are the highest food in cholesterol on earth. Just 1oz of brains contain about 6 times the cholesterol that is found in any other food. The cholesterol is critical because it's the precursor to all of the major hormones Test, dhea, ect..... When I eat animal brains it gives me almost infinite stress reserves and endurance. The only thing I dont understand about animal brains is sometimes it really overstimulates the SNS and you have to workout to burn off all the excess hormones but then at other times when I eat it it overstimulates the PNS and makes me feel lethargic. If your a protein type I'd give animal brains a try pre-workout to see if it improves your performance.

I would love to include brains as a regular part of my diet, but unfortunately here in the UK brains are banned from sale because of problems with BSE and scrapie in the past.
On a similar note, sweetbreads (thymus and pancreas) are delicious and give me a huge energy rush when i eat them. Give them a try.

You can order a raw brain glandular online, i take one as well because sometimes I dont like eating brains. Pork brains dont taste very goo but veal brains are ok. I've been experimenting with drinking raw milk pre-post workout for my workout nutrition. I also add lots of fat to it, raw butter, coconut oil raw nuts borage oil and all of my metabolic typing suppliments. It's a very quick tasty powerful meal. I'm gonna try to get a food blender and add a litttle brain to the raw milk, the raw milk and other foods nuts ect... can take the brain taste out lol.
I eat sweetbreads, kidney, heart, liver gizzards, testicle, tongue and a few other organ meats. Kidney and liver are 2nd and 3rd highest in cholesterol but nowhere near as powerful as brain. Sweetbreads make me feel fatigued because im a pNS dominant and sweetbreads are the thmus gland which is the major stimulator or the PNS. Sweetbreads or liver post workouts are a good idea but not pre workout for me. Heart gives me lots of energy, its SNS stimulating food and it contains coq10 which gives u energy.

Where do you get your brains and other organ meats? Are they from Organic grass fed animals?
I'd love to try brain.

I get the majority of my organ meats from a grass-fed farmer, however sometimes I have to settle for "whole-foods" brands or " all-natural" versions at a local grocery store. The brains are very hard to find, my local shoppers carries them but not all shoppers have them. You most likely have to call to special request it. Wegmans can special order veal brains but they cost a lot like 6-7$ a pound.
I've never had a more powerful food than brain. If you eat it at the right time and the right amount I can honestly say that you will enjoy life like never before. The first time I ate it, it gave me "SUPER-HUMAN" energy all day long, i never knew life could be so good. My mind was so clear metal sharpness like never before, I could workout literally all day without fatigue. The cholesterol nourishes and regenerates all the endocrine glands. Its the precursor to all the hormones that the body builders take. 4 oz of brain contains over 1000% daily value of cholesterol. Regular meats only contain about 30% daily value so as you can see brain is superior. If you eat brain nothing will stress you out its's truly amazing, i assume it gives the same effect as steroids or hommore supplements without the side effects. I figured all this out on my with trial and error and research.
The only issue is "BALANCE". For some reason eating brain does not always give me this amazing energy boosting effect, at times it causes fatigue for unknown reason, I assume because it causes excess hormones I dunno, nevertheless it "always" gives me infinite stress reserves so even eating a small pinch of it each meal it like taking a super hormone pill. I want to ask someone more knowledgeable why brain sometimes makes me feel super human and other times tired. If I seriously could feel the way I felt when I ate brain for the first time ever day life would be so much better and I would be able to accomplish so much more.

Wow you really love brain Heart is by far my favourite offal to eat, because after it has been slow cooked it tastes just like a rich steak. Offal in general is great stuff, and the effect it has makes muscle meats look distinctly 'second best'.

It's not that I love brain, I eat it with a specific purpose to nourish the endocrine glands and nervous system. No food comes close to eliminating stress like brains. It does not taste very good but the benefits cannot be overlooked and even a small 1 oz serving a day will give you the effect of nearly infinite stress reserves for working out or lifestyle stress such as job stress ect.... My favorite organ meat is heart as well. Heart taste amazing if you ask the butcher to chop it up in little cubes. I can even get it ground heart if I ask the butcher to put it in the grinder for me, ground heart taste similar to a regular hamburger.

I forgot to mention another SUPER FOOD for working out is FISH HEADS. Fish heads contain HGH, thyroid hormone as well as many other growth factors. The fish eyes are also high in melatonin and vitamin A. I get "wild", Salmon heads from an organic butcher and FISH heads make me feel amazing EVERY TIME i eat them due to the Hgh and thyroid boosting effects. It also makes you look better immediately. If you eat fish head and look in the mirror afterwords you will see a huge vitality increase in your overall appearance. It also helps with work out performance. My local whole foods gives me fish heads for free but they usually only have farmed raised which are detrimental to your health. Every time I eat farmed raised fish it causes insomnia and a headache when trying to sleep. It's as if I can feel my body detoxing it.

The only offal I eat is lamb's liver - I struggle to eat it very often, but when I crave it and eat it I get a great amount of energy and feeling of well being. I should be more adventurous and try some more offal types.
