Hello everyone I just wanted to introduce myself to the board. My name is Wallace Brown, I'm 24 years old and a complete health fanatic. Health is my passion in life second only to GOD and family. I've been using metabolic typing for 3-4 years and I feel phenomenal. I intend to get certified next month for the metabolic typing online course.
I was referred to this website from a friend and from reading many of the threads, this type of forum is exactly what I've been looking for, for a very long time. I've done a lot of experimenting+ trial and error with holistic health and would love to share any info that may help someone else. I also would greatly appreciate any wisdom learned from others here as well. Thanks.
