As far as mylimited understanding of Sheiko and Russian lifters goes I think most are either raw or single ply guys. Does anyone have experience using Sheiko or other wave loading principles with multi ply lifters? I'm talking about double ply briefs under canvas suits, etc. Should the percentages be higher, lower or something altogether different? I like(and have had good results) from wave loading but I wonder if there is abetter approach for multi ply guys.

I don't see why the percentages should be any different? Surely you can still do your raw work using your raw max and your equipped max for your geared work.

The only problem I have found is that some of the gear is so much harder to touch or reach proper depth that the normal percentages just aren't enough. If I am suppoessed to do 80% for my bench but can't touch with less than 90% would that affect my training?

Dave has written versions of the 13 week that have regular 90% lifts in a shirt. I'd suggest sending him an email and explain what you need.

There's no way I could touch 70-80% in my single ply comp shirt - I wear a bigger shirt in training. Same deal with squats - I go straps down and in a looser suit for the lighter stuff.
