Eric, Have any of your protein type clients had positive results with juicing? I was thinking of possibly trying this to ingest more raw greens, vegetables, and spices that are on my list. Anybody else have thoughts or experiences?

I haven't tried it my self but my understanding is that juicing is not generally recommended for protein types, especially devoid of any protein or fat. Generally the nutional profile of vegetables are alkalyzing and therefore should be consumed with protein and fat. On top of that, juices are more quikly digested and will be burned too quickly, not something a protein type would want. ' My suggestion, if you really want to try it, would be to start off with one vegetable and with a minimal amount with meals and increase while monitoring your reactions. Itching, watery eyes or noses, congestion, sudden crashes in energy, hunger, sugar (or any) cravings are all reactions to watch for. If that works out, add another vegetable while maintaing the same total volume. Continue in this way, perhaps rotating vegetables, so that you know if this is working for you and if any particular vegetable or spice is cauing a bad reaction.
This is what I love about MT. It is logical and as scientific as it can get. You hypothesize, experiment, observe, and make conclusions then you use the new info and start the process over again.
