just maxed out , went well. right elbow feeling rough. should i take week off before staring new cycle. i want to start my cadio back asap. i am going to start the reduced 12 wk cycle. is a week off of weights good or should i jump back in.

If I maxed out on Saturday, I would take the following week off from barbells. You can do as much cardio as you want during this time.
