Must be Skills Evaluation week!
I did mine last night.
Only got Video of the squat
That was 200kg (was meant to do 197 oops) felt easy as! Bench was 102 which was my 2nd lift on my last comp and i missed 105 that day. Was like a rocket didnt even feel my old sticking point Daves idea to do boards 3 nights a week has worked a treat! Cheers Dave!
Deadlift was messy 197kg was horrible form but got it. 205 i missed at lockout but i forgot my socks and talc and it near tore my leg open so im putting the miss out of my memory it was fast off the floor...

Haven't see the vid yet Aaron, but sounds like you will go something like 200/105/200 on your seconds needing only 20kg from your third attempts to qualify for Nats?

Looked easy as mate! You should be looking at opening with that weight.

If im not confident in it ill just compete in that old one but either way ive done 200 on 4 occasions now so its in the past i can open on it easy! Cheers!

Solid squat. Last time i checked socks and talc didnt give me 10kg carryover on DL.
