I've never had a problem pulling max weights before, but for some reason I've developed grip issues since starting Sheiko (I'm currently wrapping up my fifth week). I'm struggling to hold onto weights from the knee that I used to be able to pull from the floor without a problem. Even lighter weights from the floor feel more challenging than they should.
Has anyone else encountered similar problems? I can't figure out what's causing it; I assumed it was from the volume, but pulling a lot one day a week doesn't seem like it should be too detrimental. Either way, it's really discouraging having to use straps for 80% weights, when it's never been necessary in the past.
For the record, I always sand down my callouses, and moisturize and all that good stuff.

Not heard of it before...
Try thickbar bent over rows as you DL SPP excersise for say 4 sets of 8. I bet that would sort you out in a few weeks.

Never had any grip problems at all. Find it strange as most Sheiko routines have quite a few rack pulls in...
