Does anyone have experience using a neti pot? I was reading about it on Vin Millers site. I go through periods of time (usually a couple weeks at a time) when my sinuses get pretty stuffed up. Looks like this might be a natural solution to this problem? thanks, jared

I have a friend who has severe sinus problems (been pretty much blocked his entire life), and he tried one of these and it did nothing. however, for less severe cases it may work.
