Sure it's out there if you look for it. what have you been doing so far and how has it worked for you? What is your current unequipped total and at what body weight?

BTW 220 TOTAL 1520. I KNOW THAT THIS IS NOT CMS, JUST LOOKING TOWARD THE FUTURE. I JUST DROPPED 240 TO 220. AT 240 MY TOTAL WAS 1600. THAT WAS AFTER A WHILE ON SHEIKO.

Was that raw or in equipment? Why do you feel you would need a CMS program to make gains? Has the program your doing now stopped working? What program have you been doing? Please don't be offended, I'm trying to understand your thinking.. We are all trying to get stronger...

The first 4 weeks of the CMS cycle is the prepatory period. You could run a rated lifter cycle first or just repeat the first 4 weeks if you wanted a longer cycle.

I would seriously stay away from it. It is a brutal schedule. If you do try it, make sure that you deload first before going into it. I made the fatal mistake of trying it without the proper preparation before hand and it led to my bench going downhill pretty badly. If you are going to go into it, deload first and get rested. It is brutal.

Those of you that have ran CMS/MS, how did you feel pulling twice a week? Did the second day of DL's help you out, not much effect or was it just too much? Curious to hear thoughts and ideas on deadlifting two times every week. Thanks!

I started stephan korte's 3 x 3 a few months ago. You bench, squat and deadlift 3 times weekly on this system and do not do any auxiliary work. After 2 weeks I still could take the squats and benches but the deadlifts were too much. I stopped and started Shieko. Almost immediately I knew this was the system for me.
