i i recently done a MAX raw squat ... since that i felt a lot of tightness & a bit of pain at the groin insert when im in the hole...
so, for the moment, i decided to always put loose brief for the second squat on monday or for the fridays squat...i dont feel any pain while squating with brief ....
is that a good option? should i change the %...how?
Thanks, joel

Thanks, joel Not really what you are asking, but just in case this is helpful . . . When I had groin pain from squatting I moved my stance in for a week and did a lot (everyday) soft tissue work for that week. I predominately used tennis balls while laying down. This type of positioning but with tennis balls: Most of the dynamic stretching I tried to do only seemed to make things worse. The static stretch that seemed to help quite a bit was this one: I did it everyday for a week before bed. After that I did it every couple of days. Good luck.

Look up something called the FABER test, and get someone to do it on you. Its very easy to figure out. If you get pain, go to a physio.
