can normal cardio exercises like row machines or elliptical or run intervals and maybe trowing a medicine ball. also is this to be done on days off of sheiko days. what should be done on day of workout.

Combination of the above to an intensity where you find it helps you recover and improves your conditioning without affecting your lifts.also is this to be done on days off of sheiko days. GPP on non-training dayswhat should be done on day of workout. eh?

With respect to the last part of the OP question, I think he means what kind of GPP should be done on the Sheiko workout day

I suppose if you were on a super cutting/leaning out phase you could do some very easy GPP/cardio in the morning and train in the afternoon...
