www.bloodph.com/newsletter/june05/index.htmThis newsletter stuck out, because it talks about dynamic environmental factors that can affect metabolic type (kind of paralells what Thomas Kurz discusses in his book The Science of Sport Training about addisonic and baesdowic ANS imbalances been worsen or improved by changes in climate), and the fight against the draconian Codex Alimentarius which is soon to affect European, and possible US supplement markets.

Why do you think I moved to Florida (sea level and southern latitude both help to go alkaline; which is perfect for a fast FO) ?

Interestingly, my favourite environment is mountainous regious and forests. One of my most relaxing holidays was in Austria, which has this environment almost everywhere. From what i understand, an alkaline parasympathetic like myself would thrive on the acidifying effect of this environment. Unfortunately, the UK is mostly costal . I also like colder weather, which is acidifying. The UK has cold weather by the bucketload! If oxygen is acidifying, then do you think a hydrogen peroxide bath would help me balance my metabolism, because of its oxygenating effect?

That is an interesting concept; and one I personally believe has merit. I say this because after I would do hydrogen peroxide baths I would feel perhaps invigorated; but my need for more and fattier foods became evident in the next 12-24 hours. For you, we would assume it would do the opposite and push you towards balance. Make sure and report back if you try it perhaps once a week for at least a month or two. Can you obtain food grade H2O2 over there? Eric

I can get food grade H2O2 off of amazon.co.uk. I will probably get some end of the month. I'll try the H2O2 bath and report back.
