Anybody read this yet? I'm about 3/4 of the way through and it is very interesting to say the least. Anyone care to comment with your thoughts?

Jared:
Can you bullet point for us some of the things that you "like" about the book and how you are perhaps applying that to your Metabolic Typing (R) program?

Eric, The book reads kind of like a documentary or history lesson in nutrition research. Tears apart some of the accepted thoughts on nutrition and disease. Covers the cholestrol myth, how low fat high carb came to be about, how saturated fat came to be villified, how a calorie may not just be a calorie, etc. Talks about how messed up some of the early research (or conclusions from those studies) was and how some obvious conclusions were just thrown out and not considered.
Nothing on Metabolic Typing per se, but you can definately see some correlation or maybe some of the info from which MT was derived. It's a bit of a tougher read as it can be pretty dry at times, but it is definately interesting and worth checking out. Take a look and let me know what your thoughts are.

Thanks for that, Jared. I am bumping it up on the "To Read" list here!
If anyone else has read "Good Calories, Bad Calories" then please feel free to share your thoughts!
