I am relatively new to the Sheiko stuff and I want to be able to get as much out of it as I can. I have read a lot of good posts on this forum and have e-mailed Dave back and forth so I am learning. One thing I found is a few people have mentioned that Sheiko 29 is a prep cycle with a deadlift focus. If that is true I am wondering if the other routines focus on the other lifts and if so which ones focus on what lift? I know it is a full power routine overall but if 29 emphasizes the deadlift then I assume the others MAY focus on the squat or bench.

no, there are no routine focused on a particolar lift.
