Hi Guys,
Decided to join up to the forum after seeing the great discussions and expertise that has been shared. Im 25 yr old IPF single ply lifter and my current best competition lifts are Sq 285kg, be 205kg, de 282.5kg at 100kg bodyweight.
I have never done sheiko training before so thought it would be best to get some good advice before starting my first cycle.
Im competing on the 22nd Nov and plan to do the 13 week equipped cycle for that comp. However i would like to get started with sheiko training before i start that cycle. So i have 4 full weeks as of monday before i start that cycle. What would be a good 4 week cycle to choose leading into the 13wk equip cycle?
I think i would prefer to go raw for the next 4weeks to build a good raw base for my later equipped training.
Thanks in advance

Most start with either 29 or 37. I haven't done Dave's 13 week program but believe it's based on 37/37/32, so maybe do 29.

I would do the first 4 weeks of the program I have up here without equipment, then repeat it in equipment. I have something a little better that I have written that most lifters seem to like that will ease you into this type of training. The volume is a little bit lower than what is published. #29 would be a little bit harder to start out on. It really pushes the deadlift hard. If you have my email contact me other wise send me a PM and give me yours If you want to try something different.
