Eric, What did you notice when you got out of Stage 1 Adrenal Fatigue? Feel any different? Did your lifts increase? Jared: Ironically, right before I took my first adrenal test is when I had the best competition of my life (raw) thus far. I totaled 1390 in April 2008 and I took the BioHealth 205 in May 2008. Since then, I have noticed only minimal changes in my day-to-day routine, which tells me that I was probably on the way up and not on the way down when I first tested. In other words, the test results can only identify a point on a graph. It cannot tell you whether you are getting better or getting worse. I suspect I was getting better. My sleep is the best it has been my entire life, and I am able to work longer and harder without it negatively impacting me i.e. mood, stress, etc. In terms of lifting, I do feel that it is just a matter of time before I go 1400+ raw. The strength is now there-I just need to put it together. Besides great sleep and a great overall mood/disposition, I would say that little else has changed; but for me these are actually enough for me to notice, and that is something. However, keep in mind that how I react does not mean that you will react the same way! If you have adrenal fatigue and you "correct it" then you may very well put on muscle mass, get stronger, etc. Other clients of mine have experienced this, so it really is quite individual.
