Where do we find a rating chart in Kilos that goes below CMS?

According to the rating table I am approx 10kg of MS total, done with belt only in IPF competition but have done only templates #29 and #37 so far, so I am a complete novice with Sheiko, but have been lifting for many years. Which programme should I go with? Thanks in advance.

785 at 125 wouldnt be too hard at 125 to be fair. 750 at 100 is bit more of a task. 25 kilo's extra bodyweight for 35 kilo on the total is a gimme.

True- but its interesting to note that at the IPF worlds its normal for their to be very little difference between the totals in the 100s to the totals put up by the shws. In fact, on a few occasions the biggest totals have come from 100s or 110s. This year the top two places in the 100s were 1027.5 and 1025, 110s was 1050 and 1017.5, 125s was 1062.5 and 1055 and shw was 1055 and 1055. Not much separating them really.

I know what you are refering too but its not normal. In 2006 IPF worlds when Ukrain and Russia werent there for obvious reasons the total in the 100's was 912 which is huge. SHW total 1070. Extra bodyweigth =bigger squat and bench almost without exception provided leverges and body type are similar.

yeah- I guess fatties get it good, especially in the bench. There is only 7.5kg separating the word records in deadlift for 100 and 125 class, but in bench its 34.5kg and squat 32kg.- total record is 55kg apart. Maybe the rating chart has been put together in way to encourage weight gain?

Only the original 89 numbers are worth their salt IMO...the others are really low and calling yourself a CMS or MS or whatever off the 2004 numbers is a cop out in my eyes. The 89 numbers are real acheivements.

Are the 89 numbers the ones in the T-Nation article?

Oh ok. That pdf posted is too hard for me to read, the 89 one is obviously easy. I'm knocking on the door of level 2 and the goal for next year will be level 1.

The T-nation numbers must be designed for raw. As the numbers for MSIC I converted to Kilos are about the minimum in equipment I'd consider for going to worlds, but would be miles behind what is needed for a medal. I'm almost MS at 110kg based on the T-Nation charts in equipment, but only between Level 2 and 1 raw, or almost Level 1 with wraps.
Classification 100 110 125 125+ Level 2 584 604 619 629 Level 1 619 639 664 667 CMS 664 687 699 714 MS 726 751 766 781 MSIC 826 856 881 911
Based on Todays IPF shirts and suits, and worlds numbers I'd put MS at about 900kg and MSIC at 1000kg for 110kg

The number are raw - possibly with knee wraps and/or first gen equipment.

I take them as raw.
