What would be more productive, training two days in a row or taking three days off? If you train Mon. Wen. And Fri, something comes up and you do your Wensd training on Thurs, would you then do fri. as planned? Sat and Sun is out.
I hope this question makes some sence, English is not my first language.

I have done my Weds session on Thurs and then done the Fri session the next day. Its not pleasant, but it can be done occasionally.. However, i am only a Class III Rated Lifter, so the intensity would not be as great for me as it would be for a higher ranked lifter

I've done 5 days in a row before to make up my quota before going away with very little sleep and a mental amount of work around new years time. I got through it and felt very strong until the evening of the last day when I felt like my heart might not be working properly and then came down with a chest infection two days later. Don't do that.
However, I've done 4 days in one week if I missed one before with no negative effects.

What i get from this is that doing the number of lifts a week/month that your rating dictates is the most important thing. Correct?
Just trying to wrap my brain around the whole Sheiko deal.... it´s a lot
