And I was not even flexing my abs and breathing heavy! Nope, that is my garage in good old nowhere, Florida. I always use the Crestor example in my talks to folks about Metabolic Typing®. Most folks have seen it, so it "hits home" effectively. I have a new video up on my home page, so check it out as well! |
