thx ben i have noticed i dont sit back much but one of the reasons is im trying to stay upright and when i sit back hard i seem to lean over hard. Any thoughts on how to sit back far and still stay upright??

I would just say you cant have your cake and eat it.
If your hips move further back your body has to lean more forward...thats just biomechanics facts that is. As long as your torso is tight and strong i dont see it as a problem personally, as long as its not rediculous.

Raw Bench- 205x5 245x4 285x3x2 325x2x3 345x2x2 325x3x2
Sumo Dead- off 3 foam blocks(right below knee) 335x4 385x4x2 440x3x2 515x2x2 515x2-hand opened on 2nd so couldn't lock out 515x2-extra set used straps and felt super easy

Shirted Bench-loose super katana 275x5 335x5 385x3x2 445x3x7-all very fast and easy but all were about an inch for chest.
Raw Squat- 250x5 300x4 355x3x2-add belt 405x3x5-add light wraps/supposed to be 6 but ran out of time
going to do acc work tom
