First I would like to thank Dave for telling me how to program the last few weeks before the meet. Took a week off to get married and the cycle didn't line up with when the meet occurred.
This was my first official meet. A few months earlier I did a small gym meet that had judges.
Without further ado:
Competition Day (6/20/09)
weighed 80.7kg/177.5 pounds (82.5kg/181 pound weight class) [single ply]
Squat

I felt extremely good about my technique going into the meet and felt even better about it after meet day. Now it's time to continue working on getting strong. Would like to qualify for USAPL nationals in 1.5 years in the 198's (1575 pounds/714.5 kg).
If anyone would like to critique my technique I would definitely be interested in what you come up with. ESPECIALLY deadlift as I've only been pulling sumo for 15 weeks.
