i weigh in in the morning a 179 lbs...my BW drop a bit too fast in the last week...& this is the reason for what i bombed in the Bench press with 455 opener...my lockout was shutting off instlantly...my triceps was extremly gay at 179 bw......my squat was good i did 585 & missed 600 (too high)...on the Deadlift, i hit 607... it was my PR at 198...so i was really satisfied...ELITE isnt so far....
i have one last chance in the summer to total eliteat 82.5...& its on july 18th...i have one month to train hard & i Need a new mini equiped cycle....what should i do?
i did not lost 22 pounds within 2 months of hard dieting to fail...i need that f**king 745 total...
