My competition lifts raw are 380 250 485, I switched my squatting to ATG olympic style, so for the routine I been using 335 as max, today was week 9 self assessment, 320 squat felt pretty decent, 240 bench felt very light, I was tempted to do 260, which I'm sure I could have done, but decided to follow the routine streictly, 455 deadlift went up with good form, but not as easy as I would have liked as I'm shooting for my 500, my question is whether I did the right thing by not trying for new bench pr, and while I feel beat up from the dead whether last 3 weeks will give me enough recovery (i see week 10 feels pretty hard workout) to get me to my target lift.

Sorry bud don't understand, you're referring to the skills test? And you're running Daves 13wk scheme? Is that right?

So I guess you stuck to Dave's plan and only hit 95% on your Skills Evaluation?
Then yes, on the whole, the last 2 weeks are enough to recover (week 10 isn't really a deload).
We have found that 95% on week 9 generally feels harder than 100+% on week 12 Skills Test due to the fatigue accumulation.

You can't set targets for one cycle really with this kind of training, your gains are your gains an because the workload is prescribed you can't really affect how much you will gain.
Remember a pb is a pb so even if you only gain 5lb on your pull you are still making progress. You did the right thing by stickin at 95% & you will probly pb at the end of the cycle - as Joel says the lat 2 wks are plenty deload
