Ben is trying to tell you in a polite and subtle way that you've already asked about a routine and you have been given advice. Just do Dave's beginner program until you stall. Then ask questions and preferably have video of your lifts so that people can better analyze your situation

Trader, I would do weeks 6,7,10,11 and 12 of the 13 week program and that should fill your 5 weeks to the comp.

Trader, If you only have 5 weeks to a comp that tells me you have just competed and have planned to do a comp straight after another one. So I would do 6,7 as prep volume then 10,11,12. You don't need to do skills (9) as you should have done a comp only weeks before.

I agree kiwi - SP and I have done that before. Yeah Joel, it was SP who advised me to do a similar thing with 7 weeks to comp.
