It's just the CMS program with some benches with chains and some pause sqs

after #29,30,31 and #32 is good doing a program of 9 week with 4 weeks CMS 1 preparatory and 5 weeks of competition period?Or..

Any one have Wade Hooper's program ? Yes, It is a MSIC program. I think trader is probably talking about a Hooper plan that was going around a while back that was published in a magazine, pretty sure it was based on the CMS template.

the interesting part of that 2006 program is that the program max's are all more than Wade's 3rd attempts in comp. 350kg squat max, 347.5kg world record at comp 245kg bench max, 225kg in comp ( best bencher in at 75kg ) 290kg deadlift max, 250kg in comp, missed 275kg

He may have been using gym PBs as the programs maxes - i often do that.
Interesting the difference between the expected max and the realised DL though - missing 275 and getting 290 are a world away. I would say it could be injury (i.e. on the meet day) but IIRC i dont think Hoop has pulled much over 270 anyway?
