Squat felt very easy and I'll probably be taking 255 as my second attempt at Nationals. Same with the 200 bench. Deadlifts aren't going quite as well unfortunately! Very, very nice work....It is good to see things going in the right direction and FAST for once. Sh*t or bust. Misload or go for a p*ss.

Final session for equipped squat and bench. Put my straps up for the Custom suit for the first time. The sets with 220 fetl great. Set-up, form and depth all felt right.
Took the benches on the comp bench with handoffs and they were nice and easy too. Looking for some big squat and bench PBs at Nationals...

Yeah raw mate. They were getting near to a max. Reckon I could do maybe 185x2 if I needed to.
