I'm currently running Sheiko 29 than a cycle of 37 fore so to move on to a more intense based cycle such as 32.
anyway my question is:I'm unsure if i'm supposed to do the whole 32 cycle.
I have no meet coming up, so would it be better if I just bump my max 5lbs each time I complete the 29-37 cycle?
or
after i finished 37, I than go for a repetition Pr in the 85-90% and rest, for so to start the 2 prep cycles and repeat.
