Question for you guys. is it better to increase volume or intensity between cycles.
So do you think it would be better to run cycles that increase in volume so something like 29/37/30/32 or better to increase the amount lifted so run 37/37/37/32 increasing maxes by 1-3% between cycles.
All thoughts appreciated.

I don't think there's a better or worse answer here. Individual differences. I'd do the one you are worst at
