1. Heavy, moderate, and light referring to the weight used, usually in tandem with light days being sets of 4 and 5, moderate days with triples, and heavy days with doubles and singles?
2. Heavy, moderate, and light referring to the stress levels, with light days being in the 7 to 8 RPE range, moderate being 8 to 9, and heavy being 9 to 10 regardless of weight used, sets, or reps?
If you think one is better than the other, why?
