Are sufficient 8 weeks for improvening 1RM Deadlift/squat/Bench?I am a intermediate powerlifter. After performing a 29,37,32 having a competition(only deadlift raw) between 16 weeks, which programs do you recommend? ???I would like to make two mini-cycles,for max improvening, of 8 weeks to make a competition at the end of second mini-cycle .... 29,32,29,32
