I am new to Sheiko training and I am about to finish program #29,30,31 and Sheiko #32. I really enjoyed the program and did not miss a rep. I weigh in at 150lb, 18years old and used as my max raw lifts squat (340), bench (185), and dead lift (390). ... The question I have is where to go next 14 week? The end of 14 weeks I have a competition (excuse me for bad English)

Well let's see how you go on your skills test?
If you get nice PRs, try taking a week off, having a conditioning week and then repeating #30>#31>#32?

4-7% on each lift is great. I would give anything to hit that. Let's see how you go first and decide? You are no where near a CMS rating, so I would say to stay away from that.

I would see what your numbers turn out to be and you can run any of the base prep cycles. I would stay away from the CMS template and #40.
