i recently just started this sheiko plan. im just finished with the conditioning week. looking at the percentages by the end, is the program only ment to increase max by 2%? those that have been on the beginner 13week program, at the end of the cycle where your gains? and is this a program you would use before a meet?

Be carefull. I ran the 12 week reduced first then I tried the 13 week based off those results and I burned out by the 3rd and 4th week. The squat and dead volumes killed me. It might have just been me but I had to go back to the 12 week reduced block.

I think a lot of people who have run it have got excellent gains from it, many with more than 2%. Dont forget that a 2% increase can also be pretty decent depending on your total. For example if your squat is 300kg and after the cycle you are good for ~307.5 i would say thats a decent return. If you are a beginner you are likely to gain more than a more advanced guy.

yeah im pretty much a beginner. B4 i did a buncha bull then went on madcows for 6months got my first competition in april 10th. im just looking for a new routine, and always wanted to try sheiko. did day 1 of week 1 today. conditioning week was easy but today it started to get a little ruff. my best gym lifts are 360/260/445 and my best competition lifts are 350/235/465. so i got a ways to go hopefully this program will work out for me.

I think you will do well. If you considering hitting 2% PRs in a row, that is a fair bit on your total...

Watch out Man! I've been running the 12 week program and the volume has been knocking the daylights out of me. Don't underestimate it!
