I am training a young lady for the Special Olympics National Push/Pull meet in July. She can do pretty much anything but she is not very coordinated and I think she would respond well to a Sheiko type routine. The problem is that I only work with her on Saturday and Wednesday. She has never squatted before. Only bench and deadlift and assistance exercises for the two. Anyone have a sheiko style routine that would work with these circumstances?

Good for you mate.
Dave might have more ideas, but how about just using 2 of the days of #37...
Always use Day 2 on one session (so you have DL and bench covered) and then choose whichever sq day has 2 rounds of squatting, so that the movement will get really drilled in.
You might have to adjust maxes more regularly than usual if she's never ever squatted before, maybe every 2 wks, at least for the 1st couple of months.

I am interested in this as well due to child/family/work constraints. How would you adjust your maxes and which routine would you choose?
edit: Doing it 2 days/week, do you think that it will screw up what Boris initially had in mind?

I am waiting on Dave to get back to me on this. He is a busy guy so I wait patiently. Anyway, when he lets me know what he is thinking I will fill you in. I really appreciate Dave doing this for us. He's a wealth of information.
