any reasons not to superset the developmental spp stuff, say, flyes/French press or GMs/shrugs as long as it´s not the same muscle group. as i see it, it saves time as well as gets the heart rate up so it has build-in gpp??

I pretty much do this every session, if only to get out of the gym faster! Can't see why not. Perhaps Eric or Dave can chip in...
