I wanted to see if anyone could give a brief, general description of the each sheiko block primary focus. For example #31-bench focus med overall volume etc. I am still utilizing the 12 and 13 week cycles but after my May 1st meet I always have a quick turn around of about 8-9 weeks for my nationals in July. I wasnt too sure about prep, deloads and peaking OUTSIDE of the cookie cutter programs.

What are you trying to do? somewhere on here there is a link to a spreadsheet that gives you the data i think you are looking for.
