So you have 5 weeks. A transition week and then repeat #32 with your (hopefully) new maxes?

I have a meet (powerlifting)April 25 another on May 30, what Sheiko-program do you recommend between April 26 and May 30? since you do not have much time to build more strength, i would do a: "conditioning week" Repeat #32 on the "skills evaluation day" I would play it by feel. When this happens with lifters i work with, I have them go up to 90% and save the rest for the meet.
I agree with Joel.. Let us know how you do.
