do Sheiko after a 3 month layoff from weights altogether as their get back program? I have been off weights for approximately 3 months due to vasectomy complications (don't ask) and I want to do sheiko again. Would this be a wise choice?
I want to test my maxes and jump right in with #29.

I really like Sheiko. I was just concerned if it would be the fastest way to progress.

i´m no expert but i would probably not test, just set a conservative " working " max for the first 4 weeks

There is a reduced volume program up on this board that is made for that very reason. Look around it's on here. Pick low maxes say 30% off your best? Run the program, retest your maxes or pick some numbers closer to your original maxes. Once your in "better condition" you can go off and do different programs.
