at the end of my current cycle i will have 10 weeks. i was thinking of doing 30 or 31, which i will be finishing up both, then the 5 week comp cycle on elite anyone have other ideas.

finished up with 30-31-32 an it went great. my squat went from 560 to 575. my bench went from 430 to 440. then my poor excuse for a deadlift 525 to 530. know i have 11 weeks until my meet on may 15. i am thinking a couple weeks at 70% then 31 then the 5 week comp cycle. if anyone has a better idea please post. if it helps i lift at 220, raw
