Hi, let me say that I've had great success with my first two sheiko cycles. I've added 66 lbs to my deadlift, 44 to my squat and 11 to my competition bench (my previous 1rm was a tough&go, so my actual increase should be around 22 lbs or something). The problem is,however, that I also play basketball. These sheiko routines take a lot of time (per workout), so sometimes I have to hurry to get to practice. So I started looking around the internet for another high-volume routine, and came across you can find in the attachment. Could it be possible to add an extra bench/squat workout on the repetition day for that lift? Or would that be an overkill because of the demanding 'max-effort' day for that lift? Or do you guys think it's better to add some accessory work after the main lift(s) ? Was wondering what you guys thought of this idea... greetings Attachments:

I dont like the look of that cycle personally.
If i was THAT short on time i would maybe do something like the low volume routine with short rest periods and do the GPP/SPP movments on another day maybe.

I think it looks challenging, because every 'max effort' day, you (or at least in the beginning) try to one rep and one set more than the week before (I love sheiko, don't let there be any misconception...) My question: Do you personally think it would be an overkill to add an other bench or squat session on the repetition day for that lift? (for someone who isn't short on time, for example)
