Give it a go, it's a great combo! What would you recommend I do, the 13 week beginner cycle for a second time or the 29/37/32? My results from the 13 week cycle were 10kg on squat, 10kg on deadlift and 5kg on bench - so thanks for the program

I think the going from squatting watching in a mirror to without a mirror looking into a crowd was a big part of it, it felt quite different! but i'm not going to make excuses! Is the rack setup so that you could move the bar holding hooks to the opposite posts and be facing the opposite direction? No mate, they're commercial gyms so big powerracks with no chance of moving them around - my friend said he used to hang a towel over the mirror - I may try that..
