OK, kind of a convoluted question...
I've run #37 several times now, with all of the bench percentages raised by 5%. This may seem blasphemous, but I've never had trouble getting all of my reps in.
Anyway, my question is when I run #32, should I increase the bench percentages similarly? My plan was to leave the first, third and fourth weeks as they are, as they seem to all be deloads (not counting the max/skills evaluation, of course). So I guess my question only applies to week two.

I think you can add the 5% to week 2 also.
When planning out my programs for bench I always use a 1rm that's about 5-7% higher than my actual. Then I just use the percentages from the program. Your method works out pretty similar to mine. It works fine for me on 32 and peaking.
Good luck.

Thanks for the reply, Doug, but I think you misunderstood. What I meant to say was that I would only be raising the percentages for week two, as the other weeks all seemed to serve as a deload. Though upon further reflection, I'm wondering if I could get away with it for week three also, because it still seems like something of a 'work week.'
Is it raining as much in Seattle as it is in Portland?

Yes, it's pretty wet here too. I'm just about to start gathering the animals two by two.
I think you can use the higher % for all 4 weeks of 32. That's basically the way I have done it the last 3 times doing 32.
