Hello there will be a period of about 2 weeks over xmas new year that i will not be able to train. Im currently on the reduced volume raw cycle about to head into week 3. Thanks in advance H

Hey guys,
Found out first meet for the year is on sunday 7th march. Been rehabbing a knee injury since christmas and think its time to get back into where I left off.
Question: Im going to do the 13 week beginner template is it best to run the first four weeks then run the last 3 weeks into the comp? Or should I be doing something different?
