Thanks Ben, yes I do lift IPF. I did find #31 ok, but I won't lie, on the second day of squats I tend to find myself dragging toward the end. Maybe because I'm a bit older (34) my recovery takes a bit longer(?), although I do spend a lot of time on recovery techniques (otherwise I would really be in trouble). What do you think about dougschurman's idea of maybe tampering with the template a bit? After reading the posts yesterday, I thought about running #37, but maybe taking a few sets during week 3 and 4 a bit higher on percentage than called for. I did the same thing for my last meet that you mentioned you did with #32 and took some higher percents, although #32 is way different, I'm thinking one or two extra sets at 85% and 90% isn't going to ruin the whole cycle. Then again, just doing #30 may be smarter, I remember you saying that you usually pay for it when you stray too far from Uncle Boris. haha
Sorry for all the questions, I do really appreciate the help - I owe you guys quite a bit, my training has really taken off thanks to what I have learned from this forum.

Since you have already done 31 and made it through okay I’m thinking 30 would work for you.
When I first started Sheiko I did 29,30,31,32. That was really too much for me. I suffered two minor injuries that required me to reduce some weights for a few workouts. I made it through the whole thing and increased my total a little bit but it was not the best fit at the time for me. I’ve now done about 16 4-week Sheiko blocks in total now.
I find 37 and even the reduced volume 37 version work best for me for right now. They are also quicker too which is nice. For reference I’m 41 years old and lifting in the 90kg class with a recent total of 1240 in the USAPL.
Good luck.
