If you do 32 as written, it has you lifting on Monday and Wednesday of the meet week. I don't think I've ever lifted after Tuesday when I have a Saturday meet -- two days of rest (Thursday and Friday) just don't seem like enough. Have folks had success with this?

Not only that, but all of 32 is light compared to what you do in the preparatory. I have a meet next sat, today is thursday and I have done my last workout yesterday on wednesday. Feel like I can repeat yesterday's workout today and tomorrow again, and still be good for comp.
