hi all,
i have been a competitive powerlifter for 17 years now, and have marvelled at the olympic lifters and the huge weights they throiw over their heads. i have trained them throughout my powerlifting career, but now would liek to compete in this sport also.
there are loads of powerlfting programs out there, particularly sheiko programs. the russians and bulgarians are the top of the weightlifters over the decades. does anone know where there are programs the top olmpic lifters have and do use [naim sulimanoglu, the shw from iran hazeem whatshisname, and the 170 kg russian from sydney / atlanta olympcs for example] coule be found? dhow do most of the top o lifters train, more sheiko style volume?
thanks,
mark roskell
