I have been running the 12 week reduced volume for a year now and I'm still seeing gains. My question is I always go over my evaluation weights since I set my maxes on the low side. This cycle however, I handled my heavy week 8 doubles with weight close to my skills for next week. Has anyone ever backed off their skills weight because their confidence and lifts were already above their norm?
