Greetings everyone: Here is the latest reduced volume equipment training cycle. Give it a try and let me know how it works for you. Thanks in advance..... Ps. This can be done without equipment as well. Just put the same maxes for no equipment, in the equipment spot. Attachments:

I am new to this forum and I will be starting the reduced volume 12 week routine Sunday no equipment. My question was does anyone have any ideas on substituting the deadlift to knees. I pull 600@165 conv and I use no leg drive, all low back and hams. I have always been fast off the floor and I stall below knees. What migh be a more effective movement?

If you stall below the knees, then pulls to the knees are going to be ideal. They'll strengthen your lower back right up.

Just downloaded the 12 weeks reduced volume equipped cycle. - looks spot on thanks.
I enjoy training sheiko, but working on a new business and have a newborn son so time is at a premium! Will be giving this a go in the new year.

is this cycle good raw too? my weight is 218 and my squat is 560, bench is 430 and deadlift is 525 all raw. is there any other cycles better for raw .

what class of lifter is the low volume cycle for. i am 220 with 1505, would this be good for me. i also just finished up 29 30 37.
