Any interest from our Wisconsin, Illinois members for a Push pull meet in March 2010? It would most likely take place in the Waukeegan, Gurnee area. If we can pull together 15-20 lifters, we can make it a annual/ biannual thing.

If you want to make it an unsanctioned or APA meet, BMF Sports will back it.

I was thinking a APA or a mixed meet. Mixed meets draw a lot of attention. I think a little rough on the judges but very doable. If others can pull it off I sure am capable.

Got an idea Bill. Make it a big time money meet. $100 per entry. Put $20 towards the meet and $80 to the pot. Winner for a lightweight, middleweight and heavyweight division.

If it's going to be that high of an entry fee (most powerlifters are as cheap as they are lazy), then it should be a non-sanctioned meet for sure. Keep in mind that insurance alone will be in the $240-$320 range.
