Wed. Jan.21
Bench 225 x 10 275 x 8 295 x 6 315 x 3 Dips BW x 20 BW x 20 BW x 20.
6 min Bike 3 min Jump Rope 3 min alternating kicks on Bag. 25 min hell round I don't remember what all we did but it was jumping jacks, sprawls, crunches, pushups, punches sit outs jumping lunges, squats. After this 5 pullups 10 pushups 15 squats for 5 sets then water break. Ju jitsu training for an hour and half.

Thurs. Jan. 22
Deadlift 225 x6 225x6 315 x6 315 x6 315 x 6. Circuit training heavy bag carries foward 10 sprawls backward 10 sprawls 3 sets. 3 sets of 10 chops 10 squats with medicine ball and 20 box jumps. burpee's with 25 pound dumbells with a push up one arm row 2 sets of 10 one set of 10 with 15 pound dumbbells. 3 one min rounds with bands punching non stop. After this 5 3 min ironman rounds on my back that is a new person every minute. Then 4 3 min ironman rounds on top.

Friday
really tired on friday
Jogged 3 miles 30 min. did 6 min on bike, 300 jump ropes two 3 min boz rounds on heavy bag. Light sparring just movement for 2 rounds. Worked holding opponent on cage for 2 3 min rounds. Worked on cage management for about 30 min.

Monday
Bench 225x 10, 275 x 8, 295 x 6, 315 x 4. Hell round ground and pound on bag 1 min squats 1 min sprawls 1 min, heavy bag jabs only 1 min, 1 2 punch 1 min, kicks 1 min. done this two times. Then bag carries with sprawls, inchworms, band punches, shoulder flies with bands, burpee's with dumbbells, medicine ball chops and squat jumps, 30 crunches, 40 box jumps, 3 sets no breaks. rolling ju jitsu practice, 3 5 minute ironman rounds.
