 Athlete Logs
« Thread Started on Sept 24, 2009, 7:11pm »

Hey all....

Just want to shoot an opinion out there and say that most of us BMFers have been doing a piss poor job of keeping up with our logs. There are seriously about 3 people out of 20-25 that maintain them. Show some support and update progress for everyone to see!

Guys, first let me say that I really appreciate your continued support. You are two who, by active example, define the differences between being an athlete and just being a lifter.

Those who recognize that they can't cut it or bear it beyond backyard pools are best off where they are because there's nothing more we can do for or with them. They served the purpose of getting the BMF name and logo out there more, so we can just wipe and flush.

Between Carol Ann's NBC interview, Showtime's year-long ambassadorship, JT's relentless endless promotion, and Eric's rapidly increasing exposure and business growth, a small number of movers and shakers are accomplishing far more than a dozen and a half wannabes ever flapped their yaps about.

OORAH!

thanks Bud. We all need to get off our lazy butts and contribute to the cause. Even if it is maintaining a log. A good idea is to wear your BMF shirt to the gym. I know I do it all the time and get different people always asking me who BMF is.

Hi Guys
Sorry.....I am one of those who have not been up dating their logs since the EXPO.....Not much to report....lol.....just condictioning.....But it is starting to pick up a little, and I will start posting again!
Andy Bowan, and Jeff Ray are both teacher/coaches.....so this time of year there are literally not enough hours in the day for those guys...

They are both training for the APA RAW NATS in April....so they should start posting very soon!

Hope everyone is doing very well......Did you guys dress up for Halloween??? LOL....

Have a great weekend,
Carolann
